network marketing - MLM

I have always liked the compensationplans in the companys that market throu networks, because it is then part of the income will be passive.


the problem is that many people are confused about multilevelmarketing and pyramids.


Pyramidschemes are illegal and will be forever i think. They do not have any products instead you get paid directly from money someone else is paying.

Easy explained, it is like those chainletters saying " if you send 10$ to the person on top of this list and write your own name at the bottom and then send to 10 of your friends, you will get x $ within a month"

networkmarketing on the other hand is a maketing many companies love because it is an effective way of making their product/service go viral.

It is always about a product/service and when you have market it so the company get a profit from your efforts you get paid from their profit.

the money comes from the companys account for marketing costs.... not from the person that bought the product/service.

when you see the diffrence you can also understand why i like the business model so much :)In a traditionell company someonesits at the top with high payout and if you are at the bottom you really are at the bottom!

In network marketing it doesn´t matter where in the organization you are, you can be a high earner wherever.

People under you can be paid better then you aswell as people above you can get less then you... it all depends on how good you are at networking.


I worked with oriflame before, that is a MLM company in the makeup and beauty niche.

When I had signed up someone that wanted to buy from them I got paid whenever that person ordered something :) passive income!


But to make an income so high so I can live on it I had to show the products all the time and that was not for me... I do not want to be home showing makeup and bodylotion....I want to travel!
So for me the companys must be international and have products/services that everyone can understand online..... only then I can be free to be wherever I want in the world :)
