take action every day = success

How to avoid being lazy and continue to take action every day!
It is so important with motivation... to be motivated is a force that help you achieve what you desire.

We all have just a limited amount of willpower and need that daily amount of motivation. We are structured to either run away from something or run toward something (avoid pain or gain pleasuer)
you can help yourself with daily motivation in a few simple steps:

1. ask yourself what you do not want, what are you running away from?
write it down and also write very clear what the result and consequenses will be if you don´t take action!

2. ask yourself what do you want? what are your desire what are you aiming at?
write that down and also write the results and consquenses if you do take action!
 write the best possible outcome

3. ask yourself what is the next step you need to take for getting where you want to be?
JUST the next step, one thing you need to do right now . Do it now! 

4. Repeat :)
you tell yourself where you dont want to be and where you desire to be and what the next step to go at the right direction is.... one step at the time...


this is great training to some action... for more advanced motivation you need to be around motivating people... but stay optimistic and never give up.... you can achieve very much just with the believe you can!
