Email Marketing need Quality Emails

Are you ready to set up your email marketing campaign, hopefully you already selected some quality email marketing software.
Now it is time to think about what really makes an email a quality email?
Here are some tips for designing a quality email

Your emails must target the right recipients
Email marketing campaigns can fail because the sender never thought about that every email recipient are diffrent. The recipients opted in to a list because that specific list offered something they could not resist.
So you know your audience.Geographic location can be of interest also, If they live in a tropical place maybe snowboots isn´t the right choice to offer. Study that data and divide your list accordingly. If you have a group of people who love one type of service you offer and another group that couldn't care less,so be observant.

Be personal
Use their name in emails if you can. Send your emails from the same from address every time. The more personal you can get, the easier it is to build trust. You want your emails to be opened and read.

Keep your layout simple
Be careful so you don´t overdo it with flashy graphics, huge fonts and other in-your-face items. Keep your layout clean and simple. Your layout should look professional and easy to navigate. A overly busy layout will turn your recipients off and send your email or newsletter right into the trashcan.

Don't write to much
It's tempting to write all about a product you really love. But don't do it. Use small paragraphs and few words: Your customers have often a short time frame to go through all their emails. you must make them curios from the first lines. You have something you want them to see, link to the rest of the story via a landing page on your site.

Include a call to action
Tell them what you want them to do next.Your call to action can do many things: ask customers to click on a link, ask customers to make a purchase, ask customers to fill out a survey  for example . Whatever call to action you choose, just make sure you actually have one.

The most important is the subject line
Already when they see the subject line the customers decide if they want to open your email or delete it. Do your due diligence. Come up with an honest, compelling subject line meant to grab the attention of your customers. Do not use hot-button words and phrases like “make money!” and “earn cash!”. Go for subject lines that trigger the recipient's curiosity, but tells the truth at the same time.

Keep these things in mind as you create your campaign. I won’t guarantee your success, but they’ll dramatically improve your chances to generate sales and improve your ROI.
